Easy Steps To Freedom
Phase 1 : Let's Talk
Our number one priority is to have complete transparency with our clients. We want to have frank and direct conversations that clarify our approach to contract cancellation. Let’s have a short chat at no risk and no cost to you. We value your time and ours.
Phase 2: Getting Started
When you sign up with us, we will formulate a custom plan for you including any necessary payment options. First, we will need you to organize copies of your timeshare contract and maintenance fee statements. We request for these to be uploaded into your client portal or be mailed directly to our office.
The sooner we receive your initial documents, the sooner we can start working with our legal associates. Once we receive these documents, the law firm will ask you to fill out some legal documents to ensure that they can represent you before corresponding with the resort.
Once this is done, they will begin to work on establishing contact with the resort and from there, to negotiate your exit.
Phase 3: You are Assigned an Exit Strategist and a Team of Associates at Molfetta Law
Our team of consumer advocates work together with your attorney, and thier team to choose an exit path that will bring the most beneficial solution to your unique case.
We implement a range of different legal strategies that your cancellation team will deploy to negotiate a termination of your timeshare contract. Your client portal will keep you updated on your file and any new developments.
Phase 4: Timeshare Cancellation Resolution
We want you to leave Forza Consumer Group with peace of mind. Upon request, we will send you an official letter of contract cancellation from the lawyer in order to leave you at ease at the conclusion of your journey with us. Congratulations, you are now free of your Timeshare.
